Matt's Tractor Pack respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Membership applications: name, address, contact details, emergency contact and (optionally) tractors owned. This is used to administer your membership.
• Shop orders: name, email and delivery address, used to fulfil your order.
• Contact forms: name, email and your message, used to reply to your enquiry.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Square. Your card details are entered directly into Square's secure payment form and are never seen or stored by this website.

How we store and share data

Member and order records are stored securely and are only accessible to the club committee. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except where required to deliver a service (for example Square for payments) or by law.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing the club secretary.
