Matt's Tractor Pack Logo Usage Policy
1. Purpose
The Matt’s Tractor Pack logo represents the identity and reputation of the club.
This policy sets out how the club logo may be used on clothing, merchandise, promotional materials and other media to ensure it is used consistently and appropriately.
2. Ownership of the Logo
The Matt’s Tractor Pack logo is the property of Matt’s Tractor Pack.
The logo may only be used with permission from the club committee and must always represent the club in a respectful and appropriate manner.
3. Approved Uses
The Matt’s Tractor Pack logo may be used for the following purposes:
Official club clothing such as polo shirts, jackets and hats
Club merchandise such as badges, patches and stickers
Promotional material including posters and event banners
Club documentation and official letters
Club website and social media pages
Sponsor materials connected to official club events
All official uses should be approved by the committee.
4. Clothing and Merchandise
Members may purchase or wear approved clothing displaying the club logo.
Examples include:
Polo shirts
Jackets
Hoodies
Hats
Embroidered patches
Clothing should be produced through approved suppliers where possible to maintain consistent quality and design.
Members must not create unofficial merchandise using the club logo without permission from the committee.
5. Logo Design and Alterations
The logo must always be used in its original approved format.
The following actions are not permitted unless authorised by the committee:
Changing colours
Altering the design or text
Stretching or distorting the logo
Removing elements from the design
Adding additional text or graphics to the logo
Where possible, official logo files should be used.
6. Use in Promotions and Media
The logo may be used to promote official club activities such as:
Tractor meets
Fundraising events
Charity shows
Club announcements
Members may share the logo on social media when promoting official club events or activities.
The logo must not be used in a way that could damage the reputation of the club.
7. Sponsorship and Business Use
Local businesses or sponsors may display the Matt’s Tractor Pack logo when supporting official club events.
Examples include:
Event sponsor banners
Promotional posters
Social media posts related to the event
All sponsorship use of the logo must be approved by the committee.
8. Commercial Use
The logo must not be used for personal commercial gain.
Members or third parties must not:
Sell merchandise using the logo
Use the logo for private business advertising
Use the logo to represent any organisation other than Matt’s Tractor Pack
Any commercial use must be approved in writing by the committee.
9. Misuse of the Logo
The logo must not be used in any way that could:
Damage the reputation of Matt’s Tractor Pack
Misrepresent the club
Suggest official endorsement where none exists
The committee reserves the right to request the removal of the logo where it is used inappropriately.
10. Policy Review
This policy may be reviewed periodically by the committee to ensure the logo is protected and used appropriately.
