Club Constitution and Rules

1. Club Name

The name of the organisation shall be Matt's Tractor Pack (referred to as 'the Club').

2. Purpose of the Club

The purpose of the club is to bring together tractor enthusiasts, organise club meets and social events, support tractor shows and community gatherings, and raise funds for charities.

3. Committee Structure

Chairman: John Whitfield

Secretary: Martin Whitfield

Treasurer: Helen Harris

4. Roles and Responsibilities

Chairman: Leads meetings, represents the club, and ensures the club follows its rules.

Secretary: Manages administration, meeting minutes, membership records, and communications.

Treasurer: Manages the club bank account, keeps records of income and expenditure, and reports finances.

5. Membership

Membership is open to anyone who supports the aims of the club.

Annual membership fee: £25.00 per year.

6. Meetings

The club will hold meetings and gatherings as organised by the committee. An Annual General Meeting may be held each year.

7. Finances

All club funds will be used for club activities or charitable purposes. The Treasurer will maintain accurate financial records.

8. Charity Fundraising

The club may organise fundraising activities to support recognised charities and community causes.

9. Changes to the Constitution

Any changes must be approved by the committee and agreed by members at a meeting.

10. Dissolution

If the club is dissolved, remaining funds will be donated to a charity chosen by the committee.
